Windows 7 Installation from USB - Bootable Flash Drive Creation

This Topic will help you install windows 7 using you flash drive. Note that flash drives are often also called thumb drives, keychain drives, pendrives, etc. This is very helpful in installing Operating System in PC or Laptops which does not have CDROM Drives. USB Installation of Windows 7..

Requirements

1. At least 4gb USB Flash Disk
2. Windows 7 Installation CD
3. WintoFlash Software. Download it here

Lets get Started

1. Plug in your Flash Disk. Make sure that you backup all the data from the Flash Disk
2. Insert the Windows 7 Installation Disk to your CD Drive. Just Exit the Autorun Window.
3. Execute Wintoflash Software. The wizard will automatically open. Click Next
   
4. Set the Basic Parameters. First the "Windows file path". Locate the Windows 7 CD Drive. Next the USB Drive. Then Click Next
   
5. Tick "I Accepted the terms of the license agreement" then click Continue.
   
6. If you are sure that you backed-up ALL DATA, Click OK
   
7. The process of creating your W7 Bootable USB Flash Disk.
   
8. When done Click Finished

When your Bootable usb flash drive is ready.

1. Plug you Flash Drive to your computer/Laptop
2. Go to Bios Setup and Set the first boot to USB Flash Drive. 
   Depending on the BIOS of your computer, you can set the USB stick as a boot device.
3. Your Computer will boot like booting from CDROM.
