Transferring MS Outlook Account to Another Machine

This procedure is for transferring Microsoft Outlook account to a new machine.

Option 1

1. Create the account and all the mail settings in the new machine. Make sure that you are not connected to the internet. 
2. Close Outlook 
3. Copy all the files in the "outlook" folder from the old machine. the files are located in c:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
4. Paste it to the same location in the new machine.
5. Open Outlook

Option 2

1. Create the account and all the mail settings in the new machine.
2. Copy all the files in the "outlook" folder from the old machine. the files are located in C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook.
3. Click file Import>
4. Locate the folder of your outlook files
