How do the Tech 911 service calls work?


When you schedule a service call, we will arrive at the address you provide us at the time you scheduled for. Our shop is mobile, meaning we can begin your repair or service on the spot! We will call you to let you know when we are on our way and how long it might take for us to reach you.




What happens if my repairs aren't ready after 90 minutes?


We do our best to complete the repairs you need inside the 90 minute service time frame; however, this isn't always possible. Some operations are just time intensive. In such situations, we will take your equipment with us, complete the repair, and then schedule a time of your convenience to return the items to you.




Why doesn't Tech 911 service Kentucky?


The State of Ohio offers a "Transient Vendor license" which allows Tech 911 to offer services in every county and locality in Ohio. This is important because we come to your location to do the work. The Commonwealth of Kentucky only offers Vendor licenses on a per county/locality basis. In order to service customers in Kentucky, we would need to register for each locality (Kenton county has 17 localities alone, for example) and collect and remit taxes and fees to each one for each customer within their locality zone. While we would love to expand our offerings to Kentucky, at this time, it just isn't practical to do so. Residents of Kentucky who have locations in Ohio are welcome to contact us to do work at these alternate locations.




Is Tech 911 hiring?


As of right now, we are not looking for repair technicians. If you'd like to inquire, you are free to do so via the Contact Us page and we will keep your interest in mind for future openings.
