We respect our Soldiers, First Responders, and their families. We offer a 15% discount on labor costs for all current/former Service Members and First Responders.
Teachers are important and technology is essential in their work and personal environment. We support teachers and want to make it as easy as possible for them to get what they need. Teachers enjoy a 15% discount on labor costs.
We extend our discount policy to Nurses because they represent a group of people that we believe are under-appreciated for the good they provide the world. Nurses enjoy a 15% discount on labor costs/
Tech 911 strives to take the stress and worry out of repairs and service. One of the best ways we've found to do this is to not monkey with the cost. Great, but what does that actually mean?
Transparency in pricing means you have a number in your head of what it will cost before we show up at your door.
We bill our labor and expertise costs at $90 an hour, with a minimum of an hour and a half (1.5) of labor, or $135 for the service call. This covers diagnostics and repairs that do not involve hardware or software licenses costs.
There are times where the hour and a half time we spend with you isn't enough, but fear not! We will discuss whether further labor costs are required or not. In many instances, unless the task is particularly intensive and time consuming, the minimum labor charge is what you will pay.
Costs for hardware or software licenses can and do vary, but we make every effort to give you ALL of your options so you can make an informed decision on how you want to proceed. Installation costs for the hardware or software generally does not require additional labor beyond the minimum price.
